It has one bedroom with a double bed and sleeping space for two more guests on a new sleeper sofa in the Living Room. New for 2023 is a Mitsubishi split-system that provides heating and cooling to the cottage. For 2024 the bathroom was redone with all new plumbing, lighting, paint, and an efficient tankless water heater.

Cottage #2 is located in a quiet corner of the property with lake views from the screen porch. It has one bedroom with a double bed and sleeping space for two more guests on a new sleeper sofa in the Living Room. Cottage #3 is located in the middle of the property and is the largest unit. It has two main-level bedrooms, each with a queen size bed. Upstairs, there is a loft space and a third bedroom that has two twin beds. Ideal for families, the full bathroom includes a bathtub. This winter the cottage underwent a complete renovation that includes a new kitchen with quartz counters and modern stainless steel appliances (including a dishwasher). There is also a new two-zone central heating and cooling system for your comfort.

Cottage #4 is located on the upper portion of the property. It has one bedroom with a queen size bed plus sleeping for two more guests on a new full-size sleeper sofa in the Living Room. New for 2023 is a Mitsubishi split-system that provides heating and cooling to the cottage.
The interior was significantly upgraded for 2025 including an all new kitchen and bathroom. I will post new pictures when completed in June. Note that in 2024 the front porch has been removed as part of a large repair project addressing extensive rot in the building. This cottage still has its private rear porch for eating and relaxing.

Cottage #5 is located on the upper portion of the property away from the bustle of the waterfront. It has one bedroom with a queen size bed plus sleeping for two more guests using a sofa bed in the Living Room. This cottage was destroyed by a falling tree in July 2022 and was completely replaced with new construction which was completed for July 2023. It includes a spacious bathroom with a full-size tub and a modern kitchen with quartz counters & stainless steel appliances. The new cottage features warm pine vaulted ceilings throughout. It also includes a central heating and cooling system for your comfort.
